目的 探讨与糖尿病 (DM)相关的认知功能障碍。方法 检测 32例 DM患者听觉事件相关电位 ,并与 30例健康人对比。结果 DM组与对照组的 P30 0相比 ,潜伏期延长 ,波幅降低 ,且与病程相关。结论 DM患者存在认知功能障碍 ,而且可用 P30

Objective To investigate cognitive dysfunction related to diabetes mellitus (DM).Methods Examining auditory P300 in 32 cases of DM and 30 normal controls.Results The latencies were prolonged and the amplitudes were reduced in DM groups compared with that of P300 in normal controls,which is related to disease couse.Conclusions DM patients have congnitive dysfuction which was actively observed by P300.
