摘要
目的 探讨感染性腹泻患儿血清心肌酶谱的变化。方法 采用酶动力学方法测定 187例感染性腹泻患儿血清心肌酶含量。结果 发现普通型菌痢组明显低于轮状病毒肠炎组 (P<0 .0 1)和中毒型痢疾组 (P<0 .0 1)。心电图和心肌酶同时变化的患儿与单纯心肌酶谱变化的患儿有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 感染性腹泻的患儿可伴有心肌损害 ,心肌损伤的轻重与病原微生物及其产生的毒素有关。心肌酶及心电图同时有改变者心肌酶水平显著升高 ,提示测定心肌酶含量有助于临床判断心肌有无受损及损伤之轻重。
Objective To study the changes in serum myocardial enzymogram in children patients with infective diarrhea.Methods The contents of serum myocardial enzyme were measured with enzyme kinetics in 187 patients with infective diarrhea.Results The contents of serum myocardial enzyme in ordinary dysentery group were significantly lower than those in both rotavirus enteritis group and toxic dysentery group ( P <0.01).There was also significant difference between patients with changes in EKG and myocardial enzyme and patients with only changes in myocardial enzyme ( P <0.05).The level of myocardial enzyme in former was higher than that in latter.Conclusions The patients with infective diarrhea can be accompanied by myocardial damage.The degree of myocardial damage is closely related to pathogenic microorganism and its produced toxic material.The level of myocardial enzyme in patients with changes in both EKG and myocardial enzyme was significantly higher than that in only changes in myocardial enzyme indicates.Thus,the measurement of content of serum myocardial enzyme is useful in determining the existence and degree of myocardial damage.
