摘要
无论是科斯的交易费用理论,还是德鲁克的企业社会责任理论,都证明了职业经理人是企业不可缺少的人力资源。在我国,职业经理人资源短缺的根本原因就在于,现代企业制度尚未最终建立,职业经理人成长发育缺乏完备的制度条件;解决这一问题的对策,最要紧的便是加快现代企业制度建设步伐,创造培育职业经理人的社会环境;建立完善约束—激励机制,创造培育职业经理人的经济环境;建立职业经理人身份制度,创造培育职业经理人的法律环境。
Both R.H.Coase's theory of transaction costs and P.F.Drucker's theory of social responsibility of enterprises prove that career managers are the indis pensable human resources. The main cause of the resources scarcity of career man agers in China lies in that modern enterprise system has not been set up to trai n more career managers. The solution to this problem is to speed up the construc tion of modern enterprise system, create social,economic and legal environments in which career managers will be trained, set up and perfect the constraint-stim ulation mechanism, and establish a system of identity for career managers.
