佛教在宋代的社会化进程加快，实现了从注重智慧解脱到全面融入国情民俗的气质转型，其直接原因是佛教在与社会的互动过程中，自身在修行等寺院佛事活动方面所作的社会调整。因此，寺院生活特征是探讨佛教转型及民俗佛教形成的契入点之一。

The socializing process of Buddhism in the Song Dynasty manifested its elf in its change from advocating moksa to integrating itself into the national conditions and folk customs. The immediate cause is the social adjustment of Bud dhist services in its interaction with society. So the characteristics of monastic life must be taken into consideration in our research into the transition-type of Buddhism and the formation of secularized Buddhism.
