摘要 本文通过阐述职业概念向职业生涯和生涯概念的转变、职业指导概念向生涯辅导概念的转变 ,比较全面地介绍了国外职业生涯辅导由职业指导向生涯辅导转变的历程 。 Since the beginning of occupational guidance in the 1908, the activity of occupational guidance experienced great change in several perspectives. First, occupational guidance varied from one occupation decision making to several occupational decision making. Secondly, the role style of counselors changed from teaching or instructing to helping, assisting. Finally, the provider of career counseling changed from teachers to teachers, managers and governors. Because career counseling becomes a life span behavior, the individual, managers, administrators are all responsible for people's career decision making.
