Problems and Policy adjustment of opening-up in Chinese financial service industry

外资金融机构引入结构不合理、外资金融机构在国内经营中“低”国民待遇与“超”国民待遇“双重扭曲”以及国家对外资金融机构的监管体系不健全和监管方式落后，是目前我国金融服务业对外开放中存在的突出问题。加速政策调整以迅速解决上述问题，是中国顺利推进和扩大金融服务业的对外开放和维护国家金融和经济安全的重要内容。

Today, the opening-up of the financial service industry is confronting with serious problems such as the irrational introductive struture of foreign-funded financial institutions,the“double-distortion' of both super-natinal treatmeats and non-national treatments in domestic operations by foreign-funded finacial institutions,and the state's unsound supervision system with an obsolete management method,etc.Therefore,the key to the above-mentioned problem's lies in the adjustmet of policies and this will in turn advance and expand the opening-up of financial service industry smoothly, which are also major contents of the state's financial and economic security maintenance.
