论近代中西文化冲突与整合过程中的价值选择模式

On Value-choosing Modes during the Course of Modern Cultural Conflicts and Integration between China and the West

近代中西文化冲突有着复杂的历史背景和深刻的文化背景。资本主义向全球扩张的历史必然性和中国文化抵御外来文化强制的历史合理性相交织，必然引起近代中西文化冲突的剧烈与持久。自鸦片战争开始，中国文化的人格化代表──知识分子就在不断地探索调适中西文化的途径，文化传统主义、文化折衷主义、文化虚无主义就是近代中西文化冲突与整合过程中依次发展的三种价值选择模式，也是中国人整合西方文化、建构中国新文化的尝试。近代后期，伴随着中国资产阶级革命的胜利和资本主义的发展，王国维、陈寅恪、鲁迅等一批知识分子超越了这三种价值选择，在理性的基础上提出了融合西方文化、建构中国新文化的主张，表现了中国先进人士整合中西文化的理性价值选择。

The modern cultural conflicts between China and the West happened in complex historical and profound cultural circumstanse, in which the historical inevitability of capitalism global expansion and the historical reasonability of Chinese culture against Western cultural imposition interweaved and caused the strong and long modern cultural conflicts between China and the West. Since the Opium War, intellectuals, the personalized representative of Chinese culture were continuously exploring mediating means of Chinese and the Western culture. Three value-choosing modes were cultural traditionalism, cultural eclecticism and cultural nihilism successively appearing during the course of modern cultural conflicts and integration between China and the West, Which was also a trial that the Chinese integrated the Western cultural and established Chinese new culture. In the latest period of modern times, with the success of Chinese Capitalim revolution and the Capitalism development, many intellectual like WANG Guo-wei, CHEN Yan-ge and LU Xun surpassed the three value-choosing modes, and posed a reasonable position to merge the Western culture and found Chinese new culture, which showed the Chinese advanced's reasonable value choice in integrating Chinese and the Western culture.
