“无讼”思想在中国之所以长期存在，是因为其美学基础“和为美”这一儒学传统文化内涵长期左右中国人心灵的结果。
The idea of “no suing' has been prevailing in China for a long time because its aesthetic foundation “kindness is moral excellence',the connotation of Confucianism, the Chinese traditional culture,has been controlling the spirit of the Chinese people.
