摘要
民主革命的先行者孙中山先生总结了古代中国监察制度的历史经验 ,创立了监察独立的思想 ,使其成为五权宪法学说的重要组成部分。
On the basis of Chinese ancient supervisory,Sun Zhongshan established the independent supervision thoughts and made it the important parts of the theory of 'Five Rights 'constitution.When we build the system of democracy and rule of law,we can draw an inspiration from his supervision thoughts and practice.
