法治建设取得巨大成就的同时也面临着法治困境的问题。法治困境形成的主要原因是 :经济发展相对落后 ;民主政治不完善 ;文化传统存在异质性 ;

China is facing the trouble of rule of law,while great accomplishments have been achieved in recent years. The article focused on studying and analyzing why and how this dilemma has been formed. The reasons include the backward condition of China's economic development, the lack of democracy, the divergence of different cultures and customs, the want of democracy and accuracy in legislation and the awkward status in the process of the law enforcement.
