摘要
新余市委、市政府通过对市情系统调查研究,并到沿海经济较发达地区考察、学习改革开放的先进经验,在此基础上,制定并实施了“关于加快十项改革的决定”,使新余市的经济建设、城市建设等方面出现了新局面,面貌为之改观。本文对新余市解放思想,更新观念教育活动作了概略调查,叙述了作者所获得的启示。
Based on the municipal condition in vestigation and on the good experien ce they got from the investigation to the coastal economically advanced areas,Xinyu Municipal Party Committee and Municipal governme nt made and carried out “the decision to speed up the Ten Reform Projects”so that this city’s economic and other municipal constructions took on a new look.The artic le makes a brief investigation on and decribes the other' s enlightment from Xinyu City' s mind emancipation and its renewal o f model of thoughts.
