摘要
采用德国生产的LEITZⅡA热显微镜和中国生产的WRT 2型差示热天平 ,对桦甸油页岩的燃烧性能进行了研究。基于实验结果确定了燃烧动力学特性参数并分析了油页岩的燃烧特性。油页岩具有着火容易、着火温度低、燃烧以挥发分为主、前期燃烧反应强烈、后期燃烧反应能力差、燃尽困难、容易结渣等燃烧特性 ,是一种高灰分、高挥发分、低热值燃料。油页岩不适合通常的燃烧方式而将其作为循环流化床锅炉燃料是适宜的。中国油岩资源丰富 ,已探明的油页岩储量为 315 .6 5亿吨 ,是一种潜在的重要能源 ,研究结果为桦甸油页岩燃烧的能源利用奠定了基础。
The combustion characterization of Huadian oil share was investigated using LEITZ Ⅱ thermal microscope and WRT 2 TGA.The results reveal that oil shale has better ignition features and lower ignition temperature compared to coals.Its combustion is mainly the burning of volatile matter so the combustion intensity is strong at early stage but significantly reduced at the following char burn out stage.This suggests that oil shale is not suitable for pulverized combustion due to its slagging features and high ash content but is ideal for fluidized bed boilers.China boasta wealth of oil shale,its proved reserves are 31.567 billion tons.Oil shale is a kind of potential and important energy as power and civil fuel.The experimental results lays a reliable technical foundation for energy application of Huadian oil shale.
