导弹自动定向系统中步进电机高精度细分方法和零漂抑制研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了一种利用步进电机来实现导弹自动化定向的技术方案。导弹定向精度要求在几秒以内 ,而步进电机整步距角一般在 1°左右 ,因此 ,对步进电机步距角进行高分辨率细分十分关键。一般的细分方法只改变某一相的电流 ,致使电流合成矢量的幅值是不断变化的 ,从而引起滞后角的变化 ,这种变化在超高分辨率细分的情况下就会湮没掉细分角 ,使细分失去意义。经过一般细分方法细分后的步进电机微步距角有 2 0多s ,显然不能满足要求。为此 ,系统采用电流矢量恒幅均匀旋转方法 ,消除了滞后角变化对细分数的限制 ,确保了步进电机高精度细分的实现 ;通过改进电流取样方式 ,克服了传统方法中采用半导体器件带来的行严重温漂问题 。 This paper introduces the technical scheme that how to realize the automatic orientation of the missile with the stepping motor.Few seconds is required in the missile's orientation system,but the whole stepping angle is about 1 degree,so it's quiet key for super\|high resolution ratio subdivision of the stepping motor's stepping angle.Only one posture's electic current is changing in the general fine method,the amplitude of the electric current synthetic vector is changing continually also,so the delay\|angle,this change can annihilate the fine angle in the super\|high resolution ratio subdivision system,it makes the subdivision no meaning.The mini steeping angle after subdivision through the general method is over twenty seconds,so it can't fulfil the demand.In the automatic orientation system,through adopting the method named `Current vector even rotation with uniform amplitude',the limiting of the delay angle's change to the fine number is eliminated,and it ensures the realization of the high precision fine index of the stepping motor.Through ameliorating the method of the current sampling,the serious temperature shift brought by the semiconductor is got over,and it makes the missile's orientation system realizing no zero shift when switching on.
