摘要
介绍了以可靠性为中心的状态监测和故障诊断系统 ,通过控制网络将轧机生产现场的在线设备各主要参数送到服务器中 ,利用概率模型和专家系统分析数据 ,确定如何在运行中对电气设备进行故障诊断及可靠度评估 。
In this paper,we introduce reliability-centered state supervision and fault diagnosis system Through control network,main parameters of online devices in rolling mill are sent to the sever Through probability model and expert system,we analyze these data and decide fault diagnosis and reliability evaluation of running electric devices,at last we present preventive advice
