根据复合绝缘子压接界面结构的特点 ,提出声发射装置是监测组装性能的有效手段 ;对关键部件组装施压时的安全裕度和关键部位在额定拉伸应力下的安全性进行了分析 ;
According to assembling behavior of crimping interface structure of composite insulator and the result of analysis and argumentation, it is found out that the AE equipment is an effective tool for the monitoring of the mechanical behavior of crimping interface structure being assembled. The safety margin of the key parts of the crimping interface structure during the assembling is determined and how to determine the security of key part of crimping interface structure under rated tensile stress is put forward. Based on the on line operation experience, the conclusions are obtained that the variation of environment temperature does not affect the mechanical performance of crimping interface structure significantly in long term operation and the mechanical creep deformation of composite insulator can be ignored.
