氢氟酸循环清洗俄制800 MW超临界机组 被引量:1

摘要 绥中发电厂一期工程 2× 80 0MW超临界直流机组从俄罗斯引进 ,为我国目前单机容量最大的火力发电机组。由于我国没有化学清洗超大容量、超临界机组的经验 ,所以其 1号机组采用了俄罗斯提供的酸洗大纲 ,但酸洗效果很不理想。为保证 2号机组的清洗效果 ,采用了自行制定的氢氟酸循环清洗工艺 ,取得了良好的清洗效果。 The 2×800MW supercritical once-through units in first phase project of Suizhong Power Plant was introduced from Russia, being the maximum capacity units of thermal power-generation in China at present. Due to lack of experience for chemical cleaning of super-large and supercritical units in our country, the unit No1 had been cleaned in accordance with the acid cleaning programme offered from the Russian side, but the result of said acid cleaning was very unfavourable. To ensure good result of chemically cleaning unit No2, it was determined to workout acid cleaning scheme by ourself, to use cleaning technology by circulation HF acid in the system, and excellent result of acid cleaning has been obtained.
