摘要
齐鲁石化公司热电厂对 4台锅炉的钢球磨煤机制粉系统的下粉管进行了改造 ,将原来的垂直下粉管改为倾斜交叉下粉管 (斜叉管 ) ,并在交叉处自行设计了一台多功能粉筛 ,极方便地实现了两侧的互为备用。经 2年多时间的实际运行证明 ,效果十分理想。
The pulverized-coal downcoming pipes in coal-pulverizing systems of ball mills for 4 boilers installed at Thermal Power Plant under Qilu Petrochemical Co. have been retrofitted, changing original vertical downcoming pipes into declinated ones, and erecting a self-designed multi-functional pulverized-coal screen at each crossing location, so that mutual alternation of the two sides can most conveniently be realized. The practice in time of more than two years shows the effectiveness was fully perfect.
