窃电检测在电能量计量计费系统中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 本文介绍了三种用于电能量计量计费系统的窃电检测的方法 :事件检测、单表阀值检测和多表阀值检测。事件检测是通过检测检相关的事件信息来判断是否有窃电发生 ;单表阀值检测是检测单个电能表上的电压、电流、功率因数或电量增值是否越限或判断是否有窃电现象发生 ;多表阀值检测是通过从多个电能表上获得的数据计算并检测母线不平衡率、线损、网损是否越限来检测是否有窃电现象发生。稽查工作人员可根据提示信息到有关现场去核实。 In this article,three methods,which are event detection,single electric meter threshold detection and multiple electric meter threshold detection,are put forward in the Power Energy Billing System.Event detection is used to detect the theft of electricity through look up the information of special events.Single electric meter threshold detection is used to detect the theft of electricity through judging whether the voltage,the current,the power factor is within the effective coverage or not or judging the increment of the electric power energy follows the self rule or not,on the base of the data acquired from the same electric meter.On the base of the data acquired from multiple electric meters,multiple electric meter threshold detection is used to find out whether the theft of electricity exists or not through judging whether the unbalanced factor of the bus,the line loss,the net loss is within the effective coverage or not.If the theft of electricity exits,the inspector will be suggested to confirm the theft on the spot.
