颅内脂肪瘤的CT和MRI诊断

The intracranial lipomas:CT and MRI diagnosis

目的 :研究颅内脂肪瘤的分布特征、CT和MRI表现及诊断价值。方法 :16例颅内脂肪瘤 ,男 9例 ,女 7例 ,平均年龄 37.6岁。结果 :CT表现为脂肪样低密度区 (CT值 :- 44～ - 71HU) ,MRI表现为短T1中等T2 和高质子密度信号 ,在各序列上与脂肪组织信号同步。 11例单发 ,5例多发。主要分布在中线及旁中线区 ,其中 9例 (5 6 .2 5 % )为胼胝体区。 11例 (6 8.75 % )合并有颅内、外的单或多发异常 ,其中 9例 (5 6 .2 5 % )为胼低体发育异常。结论 :颅内脂肪瘤好发于颅中线区及其邻近部位 ,CT及MRI有特征性表现 ,常合并颅内、外多发异常 ,结合CT及MRI检查可诊断。

Objective:To study the distribution,CT and MRI features,and the diagnostic value of intracranial lipomas.Methods:16 patients with intracranial lipoams include 9 males and 7 females.All patients were performed CT and MRI.Results:All lesions were showed low density areas on CT (CT value:-44～-71HU),and high signal intensity on T 1WI with mid-high intensity signal on T 2WI.Their signal is isointensity with fat tissue on each sequences.Eleven patients were solitary lesion,and five with multiple.The lesions were generally distributed in the midline and paramidline areas,56.25%(9/16) in the callosal area.Eleven patients(68.75%) were associated with solitary or multiple intracranial/extracranial anomalies,56.25%(9/16) with callosal anomalies.Conclusion:Intracranial lipomas is often located in the midline and the paramidline region.The lesions were showed characteristic appearence on CT and MRI scan,and usually associated with solitary or multiple intracranial anomalies.The diagnosis can be done by CT and MRI.
