输尿管囊肿的X线与超声诊断(附23例分析)

X-ray and ultrasonic diagnosis of ureter cyst(analysis of 23 cases)

目的 :探讨X线与超声对输尿管囊肿的诊断价值。方法 :回顾性分析了 2 3例输尿管囊肿的静脉肾盂造影(IVP)及超声检查资料 ,其中男性 11例 ,女性 12例 ;年龄 2个月～ 43岁 ,平均年龄 2 0 .6岁。 2 3例均行静脉肾盂造影、B超检查 ,2例行膀胱造影 ,1例行彩色多普勒超声检查 ,1例CT检查。结果 :全部病例均经手术病理证实。左侧 9例 ,右侧 7例 ,双侧 7例。静脉肾盂造影显示膀胱内边界清晰的充盈缺损 16例 ,5例呈“眼镜蛇头”征 ,诊断正确率为 91.3% (2 1/ 2 3)。B超显示囊肿呈类圆形无回声暗区 2 3例 ,形态可随排尿而改变 ,诊断正确率为 10 0 % (2 3/ 2 3)。结论 :静脉肾盂造影结合超声检查诊断输尿管囊肿可靠性高 ,二者相互弥补 ,可对此病作出正确诊断。

Objective:To explore the X ray and ultrasound diagnostic value of the ureter cyst.Methods:The intravenous pyelogram(IVP) and ultrasonic data of 23 cases of ureter cyst were analysed trtrospectively.Among these patients,11 male,12 female,age ranged 2 months to 43 years,mean age 20.6 years.All of 23 cases performed with IVP and B ultrasound examination,cystography 2 cases,Color Doppler ultrasonography 1 case,CT 1 case. Results:All patients were proved by operative pathology.The left ureter cyst 9 cases,right ureter cyst 7 cases,bilateral 7 cases.The IVP demonstrated intra urinary bladder filling defect 11 case,'cobra head sign'10 cases,the accuracy rate was 91.3%(21/23).The Btype ultrasonic features were round ilke echo free area in 23 cases,the shape changed by urination,the correct rate was 100%(23/23).Conclusion:The availibility was high of IVP combined with ultrasonic diagnosis of ureter cyst,the two methods complementary,the correct diagnosis can be made.
