摘要
探讨健骨颗粒对去势骨质疏松模鼠骨密度 ( BMD)以及血清骨钙素 ( BGP)的影响。方法 :建立大鼠去卵巢骨质疏松模型 ,随机分成四组 :A生理盐水组、B骨松宝用药组、C健骨颗粒中剂量用药组、D健骨颗粒大剂量用药组。按设计分批取材 ,检测 BGP浓度和 BMD。结果 :用药 6周时 ,与 A组对比 ,各组 BGP无明显变化 ,仅 D组的腰椎密度提高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;用药 1 2周时 ,B、C、D组的 BMD明显上升 ,BGP显著下降 ,有统计学意义。结论 :健骨颗粒能够扭转去卵巢大鼠的高骨钙素变化 ,降低高骨转换率 。
Objective:To inverstigate the variety of Jiangu granula on BMD and BGP of osteoporosis(OP) rat models which made by ovariectomy.Methods:OP model animals were randomly divided into 4 gruops:A normal saline group,B Gusongbao treating group. C Jiangu granula middle dose treating group, D Jiangu granula large dose treating group.The animals were killed in turn in order to collect experimental samples.The levels of S BGP and BMD were measured.Results:After 6 week treating, comparing with group A the lumbar BMD of group D was increase significantly only(P<0.05).After 12 week treating, the BMD of group B&C&D was higher than group A, but the level of BGP was lower.Conclusions:Jiangu granula could turn back the change of higher BGP of rat models which made by ovariectomy,reduce the high turn over in bone,and increase the BMD.
