细胞因子信号传导途径(JAK—STAT途径) 被引量:1

摘要 1990年前,人们对细胞因子信号是如何从膜外传入膜内,继而影响基因转录知之甚少,因而不可能研制和开发阻断细胞因子信号传导的药物.1994年Darnell等人在研究干扰素(IFN-α和IFN-γ)如何诱导基因转录激活时,发现了细胞因子信号传导途径(JAK-STAT途径)[1].
