摘要
目的:使病人认识和了解自身的疾病情况,发挥患者的主观能动性,并从中了解健康教育对糖尿病治疗效果的作用。方法:2000年收治无并发症糖尿病患者130例,为教育组;1999年收治无并发症糖尿病患者132例为对照组。对教育组进行健康教育,教育方法采用多样化,如讲座、放糖尿病科普录像等;教育内容主要为糖尿病的基本知识、饮食控制、运动和自我监测尿糖等。2组在药物相同的条件下进行比较。结果:2组入院时平均血糖无差异,但空腹血糖降至7.2mmol/L以下的天数和住院天数均有显著差异。结论:健康教育对糖尿病的治疗有重要作用。
Objective: To make the patients know their own states of illnesses, bring their subjectivity into play, and make known the role of health education in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Methods: Health education was given to the Diabetes Mellitus patients in hospital. The methods are diversiform,such as courses of lectures, video tape recorders on Diabetes Mellitus. The contents are mainly the basic knowledge about Diabetes Mellitus, diet control, exercise and selfinspection of urine glucose. 130 Diabetes Mellitus patients in 2000 who had no complica-tions were in education group, 132 Diabetes Mellitus patients in 1999who had no complications were in control group,and the tow groups were compared under the same conditions. Results:The average plasma glucose of the two groups had no difference when they were admitted to the hospital.The days and hospitalization days when their fasting plasma glucose were controlled under 7.2mmol/L had notable difference. Conclusion: Health education plays an important role in the treatment of Diabetes Mellitus.
