ZPLATE前路钢板系统在胸腰椎肿瘤手术中的应用

Anterior surgery and fusion with ZPLATE fixation system for tumor of thoracic or lumbar spine

目的 探讨ZPLATE前路钢板内固定系统在胸腰椎肿瘤手术中的应用价值。方法 对 15例胸腰椎肿瘤行前路切除肿瘤、植骨、ZPLATE钢板内固定术。术后进行 6～ 2 6个月 (平均 16个月 )随访。结果 术后症状明显缓解 ,神经功能明显改善者占 87% (13/15 )。术后 6个月植骨融合率 10 0 %。未见钢板、螺栓和螺钉松动及断裂现象。结论 经前路切除胸腰椎肿瘤、植骨、ZPLATE钢板系统内固定术具有肿瘤切除彻底 ,脊髓减压充分 ,术后脊柱稳定性好 。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of tumor of thoracic or lumbar spine treated with anterior surgery, fusion and ZPLATE fixation system. Methods Fifteen patients with tumors of thoracic or lumbar spine underwent anterior surgery, fusion and internal fixation with ZPLATE. All patients were followed for 6 to 26 months (mean 16 months). Results Clinical signs and neurological deficits significantly improved in 13 of 15 cases after operation. A stable bony fusion according to radiological criteria was achieved in all cases 6 months postoperatively. There was no inplants break or loosing. Conclusion For patient with tumor of thoracic or lumbar spine anterior surgery, fusion and interanl fixation with ZPLATE offers the stability of thoracic or lumbar spine and a high rate of successful bony fusion.
