中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效分析

Effectiveness analysis on retinal vein occlusion treated with combining Chinese medcine and western method

目的 应用眼底荧光血管造影 ,观察激光光凝配合中药治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的有效性。方法 将视网膜静脉阻塞 6 1例 6 4眼随机分成两组 ,单纯激光治疗 30眼 (单纯组 ) ;激光配合中药综合治疗 34眼 (综合组 )。分析两组的有效率、平均视力的改善以及治疗后视网膜及黄斑出血和水肿吸收情况。结果 两组有效率分别为 73.33 %和 79.41% ,两组治疗前后平均视力比较均有明显改善。两组治疗后视网膜及黄斑出血和水肿吸收的平均时间比较 ,综合组优于单纯组。结论 激光光凝配合中药的治疗方法优于单纯激光光凝治疗视网膜静脉阻塞 ,它具有促进眼底视网膜出血、水肿和渗出吸收的作用 。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of RVO treated with laser photocoagulation combining with and chinese medicine by fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA). Methods Sixty four cases RVO were divided into two groups randomly,30 cases of simple laser group ,34 cases of combined treatment(laser and chinese medicine. It was necessary to observe the effective rate,improv average sight and change the bleeding and edema in the retina and macular. Results The effective rates of simple laser group and combined treatment group respectively achieved 73.33% and 79.41%. The sight of the two groups were both raised .The average time of the bleeding and edema in the retina and macula being absorbed in combined treatment group was shorter than that in simple group. Conclusion The combined treatment is better than simple laser treatment for patients with RVO by accelerating the absorption of bleeding and edema in the retina and macula, the combined treatment can shorten the period of recovery and reduce the recurrent rate.
