摘要
目的 :总结 42例大肠癌的诊治经验。方法 :对 1987～ 1998年收治的 42例大肠癌的诊断、治疗和预后进行分析。结果 :中晚期大肠癌通过手术和综合治疗 ,5年生存率可达近 70 %。结论 :青年人大肠癌生存率不及老年病人 。
Objective:To Summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment for the 42 patieuts with colorectal carcinoma Methods:The present study was an retrospective analysis of diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of 42 patients who were operated on in our hospital and suffered from colorectal carcinoma Results:The survival rate with 5 more years is 70% after operation and complex treatment of the patients with colorectal carcinoma of middle late stage Conclusion:The survival rate of the young patients with colorectal carcinoma is lower than that of the old ones The patients suffering from middle late colorectal carcinoma can still expect to live longer through standard operation and complex treatment
