直肠悬吊术治疗出口梗阻型便秘14例报告

RECTAL SUSPENSION 14CASE REPORTS ON TREATMENT OF OUTLET OBSTRUCTIVE CONSTIPATION (OOC) BY RECTAL SUSPENSION SURGERY

目的 :探讨出口梗阻型便秘的手术治疗效果。方法 :搜集近年手术治疗的 14例出口梗阻型便秘患者的临床资料 ,分析其病例特点 ,手术方式及疗效。结果 :14例患者中 12例 (占 85、 7% )术后一周 ,症状立即缓解。 2例经术后配合功能锻炼 3个月症状亦缓解消失。结论 :功能性直肠悬吊术 ,附加盆底疝修补术 ,盆底抬高 ,子宫固定 ,乙状结肠 (部分 )

Obective:To explore the operative resualt pragnesis of outlet obstructive constipation (OOC) Methods:Effect of 14 Caeses with outlet obstructive constipation who have undergone operation were analysed Results:In a week after operation,12 of 14 patients,symptoms disappeared and the other 2 caeses recovered after 3 monthes Conclusion:Functional rectal suspension, combined with repair of pelvuic, partial sigmoidectomy, surgical elevation of pelvic floor and hysteropexy are highly effective in alleviating symptions in patients with outlet obatractive constipation (OOC)
