摘要
目的 :建立肉桂及肾泰贴膏中桂皮醛含量测定的方法。方法 :反相高效液相色谱法。采用Hypersil C18柱 ,以甲醇 乙腈 水 四氢呋喃 ( 2 5∶15∶5 5∶5 )为流动相 ,流速为 0 .8mL·min-1,紫外检测器测定波长为 2 85nm。结果 :桂皮醛在 3 2~3 2 0ng范围内与峰面积之间线性关系良好 (r=0 .9995 ) ;桂皮醛在肉桂和肾泰贴膏中的回收率分别为 97.8%和 92 .2 % ,RSD分别为 3 .0 %和 2 .9%。结论 :本法简便、快速、准确 ,可用于肾泰贴膏的质量评价和生产工艺的监控。
Objective: To develop an assay for the determination of cinnamaldehyde in Cortex Cinnamomi and Shentai Plaster. Methods: Hypersil C 18 column (200×4.6mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of methanol acetonitrile water tetrahydrofuran (25∶15∶55∶5) with a flow rate of 0.8mL·min -1 . The detection wavelength was at 285 nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 32~320ng for cinnamaldehyde ( r =0.9995). The average recoveries of cinnamaldehyde in Cortex Cinnamomi and Shentai Plaster were 97.8% (RSD=3.0%) and 92.2% (RSD=2.9%), respectively. Conclusion: This HPLC method is simple, rapid and accurate, and it can be used in the control of product quality and preparation process.
