双波长分光光度法测定金钱白花蛇药酒中士的宁含量

Determination of Strychnine in Jinqianbaihuashe Medicinal Wine by Dual Wavelength Spectrophotometry

目的 :测定金钱白花蛇药酒中士的宁的含量。方法 :采用双波长分光光度法。结果 :士的宁在 1.6～ 14 .4 μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 99.3 5 % ,RSD为 2 .4 % (n =7)。结论 :该方法可排除其它成分的干扰 ,具有准确可靠 ,重现性好的特点。

Objective: To determine strychnine content of Jinqianbaihuashe Medicinal Wine. Methods: The dual wavelength spectrophotometry was adopted. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.6～ 14.4μg·mL -1 of strychnine. The average recovery rate was 99.35%. RSD was 0.74%(n=7). Conclusion: The method is reproducible, sensitive and prevent from the interference of other components.
