摘要 目的 :探讨一种能在同一张切片中同时显示硫酸化酸性粘液、非硫酸化酸性粘液及中性粘液的粘液染色法。方法 :将高铁二胺 (HID)、爱先蓝 (AB)及过碘酸雪夫氏反应 (PAS)三种粘液染色法结合起来 ,按一定顺序 ,对14 7例胃粘膜肠化及胃癌标本中的粘液进行套染 ,并提出HID AB(pH2 .5 ) PAS粘液套染法。结果 :硫酸化粘液呈棕黑色 ,一般酸性粘液呈蓝色 ,中性粘液呈红色。在同一张切片中三种粘液颜色有明显反差 ,背景清晰。结论 :HID AB(pH2 .5 ) PAS粘液套染法是一种便捷、实用。 Objective: To investigate a triple staining of acid sulfmucus, acid non sulfmucus and neutromucus in one section. Methods: High iron diamine (HID) , alcian blue(AB) combined with periodic acid shiff (PAS) stainings were used in turn to observe different tinctions of 54 gastric carcinomas and 93 intestinalizations of gastromucosa. Results: The colors were brown black in sulfmucous , blue in non sulfmucus and red in neutromucus, which had obvious contrast and clear background in every section. Conclusion: The HID AB(PH2.5) PAS mucus staining is a convenient and useful method which is worthy of popularization.
