为了分析门诊量影响因素,对中山医科大学附属第三医院1998～1999年全院门诊增长情况进行回顾,对吸引病人来院就诊的主要因素进行问卷调查,其结果,该院年平均增长率为10.7％,有6个科室年增长率大于全院平均增长率。吸引病人来院就诊的主要因素依次为就近就诊、医疗水平、有熟悉的医生、定点医院、知名专科、服务热情、医院环境等;在最希望改善的8项因素中,降低收费排名第一。通过调查得出:门诊量与就近就诊、医疗质量最相关;与专科知名度、服务质量、门诊环境密切相关;

Objective to analyze the influence factors on the number of outpatients. Methods: to review the increasing cir-cumstance of outpatients number from 1998 to 1999 in our hospital, to investigate the main factors attracting patients to see a doctor by questionnaire. Results: the average annual increasing rate(AIR) of our hospital was 10. 7%, there are 6 departments that their AIR was more than the, average AIR of hospital. The main factors attracting outpatients were to see a doctor nearby, medical level, familiar with doctors, fixed hospital, well - known special departments, zealous service and hospital environment etc. Among the 8 items of the most hopes about improvements, reducing charge was the number one Conclusions: the number of outpatients was most related to seeing a doctor nearby and medical level, more related to repute of the special departments, quality of service and hospital environment. The high medical charge was deserved to think over.
