加强课题管理 提高申报中标率

Reinforcing the Management of Scientific Researching Item and Improving the Approving Rate of Declaration

影响科研基金申报中标率的决定因素有申报课题的管理水平、课题的学术水平以及资助的政策要素等。“九五”期间,某院通过加强申报课题的管理力度,严把学术质量关,使科研项目申报中标率明显上升。“九五”期间该院共承担各类课题146项,其中省部级以上课题10项,厅级课题136项,并获得2个广东省“五个一科教兴医”工程重点专科(风湿病学、心血管病学)。

The factors which affect the approving of the declaration of the scientific researching fund items are the management of the declared items, academic level of the items, political elements of fund and so on. During the period of the ninth five years development phase, our hospital have reinforced the management of the declared items with higher academic quality standards, thus improving the approving rate of these items. At the same time, our hospital totally take in charge of 146 items, among which there are 10 provincial or ministry ones, 136 city and department ones, and 2 ones of key specialized departments of the Province Project five ones'(Departments of Cardiovasology and Rheumatology).
