偏头痛患者血浆神经肽Y含量的观察

为探讨神经肽Y(NPY)与偏头痛的关系 ,本文采用放射免疫分析方法测定了 36例无先兆偏头痛患者发作期和间歇期血浆NPY浓度 ,结果显示发作期NPY含量明显高于间歇期 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,同时发现有家族史者血浆NPY浓度高于无家族史者 (P <0 .0 1) ,而男性与女性患者比较 ,血浆NPY浓度差异无统计学意义 ,不同程度的偏头痛患者血浆NPY浓度差异无统计学意义。提示NPY可能参与了偏头痛的发病。

To investigate the relationship between neuropeptide Y and migraine, the plasma levels of neuropeptide Y (NPY) of 36 patients with migraine without aura during attacks and free periods were determined with radioimmunoassay method. The results showed that during the migraine attacks the levels of NPY of patients were increased compared with the free periods ( P <0.001). It was also found that the plasma levels of NPY of the patients with family history was obviously higher than the patients without family history ( P <0.01). There were no significant difference in the levels of NPY between male and female patients, and between the patients with various degree of headache. The results suggested that NPY may contribute to the pathophysiological mechanisms of migraine attacks.
