摘要 对空冷喷射式凝汽器在丰镇电厂的设计、制造、试验及使用情况进行分析研究。根据当地气象条件,选取合适的汽轮机背压值,通过对空冷凝汽器喷嘴成膜试验情况分析和将喷嘴流量特性曲线与匈牙利制造的喷嘴特性曲线加以对比,得到较完善的空冷凝汽器技术参数,并对凝汽温度保证值作了测试评价,使空冷喷射式凝汽器达到设计要求,添补了我国国产空冷机组的空白,可供今后海勒式空冷机组设计参考。 The design,manufacturing,testing and application status of jet type air cooling condenser in Fengzhen Power Plant were analyzed and studied.Based upon the local meteorological conditions to choose the proper back pressure of steam turbine,through the analysis of spray nozzle film forming test of the air cooling condenser and the comparison of flow characteristics of domestically made and Hungary made nozzles,the technical parameters of more perfect air cooling condenser were obtained,and the guaranteed values of condensing steam temperature were tested and evaluated,thus the design requirement of jet type air cooling condenser could be met,providing reference for the design of future Heller type air cooling generating units.
