摘要
火电厂旋转机械设备振动监测与故障诊断技术已发展到包括全厂范围各种机械的状态检修阶段。本文在探讨设备振动监测与故障诊断内涵的基础上,介绍设备振动监测与故障诊断的无模型方法、基于模型的方法和基于知识的方法,指出目前振动监测将与测控技术实现集成。鲁棒性方法、非线性方法、残差评价及主动控制等将是今后的研究方向。
The vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis technologies of rotating machines in therma l power plants have evolved into the stage of involving the state repairs of various rotating machines of whole power plant.Based on this development,the paper briefs the main application methods of vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis,such as the data based method,model based technology and knowledge based approach,and indicates that the current vibration monitoring will integrate with control technology,and the robust control,nonlinear analysis,residual error evaluation and active control will be the future study subjects.
