摘要
针对丰城发电厂锅炉炉膛火焰检测系统的改造及调整试验过程,详细介绍图像火焰检测装置的设计原理、系统构成、现场调整试验。经采用LY2000型智能图像火焰检测装置后,对锅炉炉膛安全燃烧充分发挥了保护作用。
The furnace flame detection systems of boilers in Jiangxi Fengcheng Power Plant were retrofitted by us-ing LY2000type intelligent image flame detection devices with the effect of guaranteeing safe combustion of boiler furnace obtained.This article details the design principle,system configuration and on-site debugging of image flame detection device.
