先秦管理思想中的仁义观

On the "Humanity" and "Righteousness" in the Administration Ideology of Pre-Qin Days

先秦学者 (史称先秦诸子 )在研究管理问题时 ,不可避免地要运用当时的理论 ,而“仁”与“义”是当时思想理论界中最有影响的两种哲学思想 ,因此在先秦学者的管理思想中充满了仁义哲学。他们认为 ,仁义在管理工作中是一种管理原则 ,只要管理者按这种管理原则去推行管理 ,就一定能使管理工作顺利开展起来 ,从而取得管理上的成功。

When studying the problem of administration,the scholars of Pre-Qin Days unavoidably applied the theories of the time.Then 'Humanity' and 'righteousness' were the two most important philosophies which gave a dominant influence to the administration ideology then and were thought to be a principle in administration. If only the administ rators were to follow this priciple, they thought,their administration work would surely go on smoothly and meet with great success.
