民族地区扶贫对象依赖心理的主观成因探析

An Analysis of the Subjective Causes of the Dependent Psychology of the Support Receivers in the Minority Areas

民族地区的贫困者由于种种原因 ,很容易对政府和社会的扶贫工作形成某些心理依赖 ,其中既有客观原因 ,也有主观成因。主观成因指以下几个方面 ,经常遭受社会生活的重度挫折 ,这是贫困者形成心理依赖的生理机制和心理机制 ;民族群体自卑心理的影响 ,这是贫困者形成心理依赖的心理基础 ;某些落后的文化观念的影响 ,这是他们形成心理依赖的思想基础和观念基础。因此 ,扶贫必须先扶志 ,治穷先治心。

Owing to various reasons,poor people in the minority areas are apt to develop a dependent psychology upon social and governmental support.There are both objective causes and subjective causes for this dependent psychology.The main subjective causes are as follows:Repeated social reverses suffered by the poor people contribute to their physiological mechanism for this psychology;ethnical inferiority complex is the fundamental base of this psychology;and certain backward cultural concepts form the ideological basis of this psychology.
