民族贫困地区职业技术教育与区域经济开发

On the Vocational and Techological Education and the Development of Regional Economy in the Minority Areas

职业技术教育作为科技、教育与经济的结合点 ,是将科学技术变为现实生产力的转换器 ,更是把沉重的人口负担转变成高素质人力资源的蜕变场。大力发展民族贫困地区的职业技术教育是实现西部大开发的战略措施。近年来 ,民族地区的职教在与区域经济开发相结合的过程中 ,在办学规模、办学模式、办学方法上取得了一些成绩和经验 ,但也面临许多困难和问题 ,建立二者良性循环的新机制 ,是该地区脱贫致富 ,通向现代化的希望之路。

As a bridge to technical knowledge and economic production,vocational and technological education is seen as a transformer which can convert science and technology into practical productive forces as well as a changing field where population load can be made into high quality manpower resources.Therefore,developing vocational and technological education in the rural areas is of great significance to the realization of the grand plan of western exploitation.In recent years,vocational and technological educaton in these areas,combining itself with the regional economic development,has made some progress both in the enlargement of school-running size and in the perfection of school-running patterns.Nevertheless,there are still many problems and difficulties to be solved.Thus building up a new mechanism of virtuous circle between vocational education and economic development is a hopeful way for these areas to shake off poverty and become rich.
