摘要
人们能够选择不同的方式开发和利用人力资源 ,实现他们的利益偏好 ,但是要受制度安排的影响与约束。劳动力所有权的排他性 ,劳动力产权是非常重要的 ,能够影响人力资源有效开发和利用的制度安排 ,搞好产权制度的变革 ,明晰劳动力的产权关系 。
People can choose different ways to take advantage of human resources which will realize their interest preference. But the choice will be affected and restrained by the institutional arrangement. The exclusivity and property right of labor force are of vital because they can effect the institutional arrangement of human resources. Therefore, it is important to deal with the transformation of property right and distinguish the property right of labor force.
