文章谈及加强新时期高校基层党支部建设的重要性、必要性 ,并从抓好思想建设 ,发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用和党员先锋模范作用以及抓好组织建设等六个方面谈了如何加强党支部建设的一些构想。

This paper deals with the importance and necessity of strengthening the construction of the Party branches at the basic level of institutions of higher learning at the new stage and some conceptions of how to strengthen the construction of the Party branches from six aspects, such as paying special attention to ideological construction of the Party branches, giving full play to the Party members' vanguard and model role, attending to organizational construction of the Party branches, etc.
