坚持教代会制度 促进学校的改革与发展

Adhering to the System of Teachers' Representatives Conference and development of our university

坚持在校党委领导下的教职工代表大会制度 ,对于组织广大教职工参与学校的改革与管理 ,促进学校的建设与发展具有十分重要的意义。文章根据调查研究的大量事例 ,阐述了坚持教代会制度所取得的成效 ,在此基础上 ,总结了坚持教代会制度的经验 ,并提出进一步做好教代会工作的对策建议。

Adhering to the System of Teachers' Representatives Conference under the leadership of the Party Committee of our university is very important in organizing the mass teachers and staffs to participate in reform and management of the university and promoting the construction and development of it. On the basis of a great many of investigations, this paper illustrates the achievements we have made in adhering to the System of Teachers' Representatives Conference and our experiences in doing so. It also puts forward the countermeasures for further improvement of the work of Teachers' Representatives Conference.
