粮食顺价销售政策是当前粮食改革中的一项重要内容。本文针对许多地方粮食市场购价与销价存在倒挂现象 ,国有粮食企业按保护价收购的粮食难以顺价销售 ,大量积压 ,不断发生新的亏损等问题进行分析 。

The policy on selling grain at favorable price is, at present, vital to our grain reform. A strange phenomenon is seen in some places that people often purchase grain at the inverted selling prices. The paper points out that state grain enterprises have difficulties selling the purchased grain even at protective prices. Therefore, more problems as huge overstock, new continual loss and other problems have occurred. Through analysis, the paper proposes some countermeasures on accomplishing selling grain at favorable prices.
