自制三腔三套引流管在肝、胆、胰外科手术中的应用

APPLICATION OF SELF - MADE THREE - SUMP DRAINAGE IN HEPATIC, BILIARY AND PANCREATIC SURGERY

目的:分析自制三腔三套引流管在胆道手术中的应用效果。方法:肝、胆、胰手术2401例,术中分别放置自制三腔三套引流管,双腔引流管及单腔引流管,比较术后患者恢复情况。结果:自制三腔三套引流管应用于肝、胆、胰手术中,起到了引流通畅、彻底减少手术并发症的明显效果。且在并发胆瘘时避免了再次手术。结论:在肝、胆、胰手术中应用自制三腔三套引流管对减少患者并发症,促进术后恢复有重要的临床意义。

To examine the clinical efficacy of self - made three - sump drainage in the hepatobiliopancreatic surgery. Method: 2401 patients who had undergone surgical operations in liver, bile duct or pancreas were divided into three groups according to their different drainage method, i. e. three - sump group, two -sump group and one - sump group. Their clinical outcome and complications were compared. Result: Self - made three - sump is more effective drainage method than other two drainage methods, and there were less complications and lower rate of re - operation in this group. Conclusion: Three - sump drainage could play an impotant role in decreasing re -operative rate and complication, and promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
