摘要
用一定量的造纸黑液与粉煤灰相混合 ,经压制成型后 ,在一定的水热条件下可以制得一种性能优良的高掺量 (95 %左右 )粉煤灰复合材料 ,这种复合材料的强度来源于有机物与粉煤灰颗粒之间强烈的相互作用所形成的复合结构 ,其结合力以化学键为主 ,物理吸附为辅 .机械作用与酸溶可以显著提高粉煤灰中无机物的释放 ,从而增强与木质素的结合及高温保护作用 。
The mixture of some quantum of liglins and flyashes has been made for a kind of compound material with much better capabilities, under the moulding-heating circumstance. The intension of the material is coming from the special structure formed by mutual interaction between organic compound and flyash.The maintaining force depends mainly on chemical bond with physical adsorption assisting.
