油田注入水中不同离子对低碳钢腐蚀行为的影响 被引量:4

The Influence of Different Ions to Corrosion of Mild Steel in Injecting Water of Oil-field

摘要 采用电化学方法测量了不同pH值的SO4 2 - 、Cl- 、Ca2 +、Mg2 +、HCO3- 等离子对低碳钢腐蚀行为的影响。根据极化曲线及实验电位 -pH图分析 ,指出pH值对低碳钢腐蚀行为具有相当大的影响 ,Ca2 +、Mg2 +、HCO3- 等离子对低碳钢腐蚀具有抑制作用 ,Cl- The influence of the SO 4 2- ?Cl -?Ca 2+ ?Mg 2+ and HCO 3 - ions in solution of the different pH value to mild steel corrosion are measured with electrochemical method. It suggested that pH value has obvious influence to the corrosion of mild steel according to the measured polarization curves and experimental potential-pH graphs. And Ca 2+ ?Mg 2+ ?HCO 3 - have inhibiting effect to mild steel corrosion while Cl - enhances corrosion of the mild steel in the condition
