β-环糊精对2-氨基-4-氯苯并噻唑在土壤中吸附行为的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在实验条件下通过振荡平衡吸附法研究了 β CD对 2 氨基 4 氯苯并噻唑 (BZA)在两种土壤中的吸附行为的影响 .结果表明 ,β CD对BZA在南京黄棕壤中的吸附有增强作用 ;而对BZA在黑龙江黑土中的吸附有抑制作用 .其原因在于 β CD对于有机化合物BZA的增溶作用以及在 β The effects of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) on the sorption behavior of 4-chloro-2-benzothiazolamine (BZA) on black soil (organic carbon content 4.71%) and yellowish-brown soil (organic carbon content 0.194%) have been studied by batch equilibration experiments. The sorption of BZA on black soil can be described with Freundlich isothermal equation and linear sorption equation. The presence of β-CD in the solution has decreased the sorption of BZA on black soil. This phenomenon is due to the enhancement of BZA solubility as a consequence of formation of water-soluble 1:1 inclusion compounds BZA-β-CD. The sorption behavior of BZA on yellowish-brown soil can not be described with any known sorption equations. The presence of β-CD can slightly increase the sorption of BZA on yellowish-brown soil. Because the OC content of yellowish-brown soil is very low, the sorption capacity of BZA on this soil is small. Slight sorption of β-CD on the soil will greatly increase the sorption capacity and the sorption of BZA.
