本文系统地分析了影响民营科技企业经营绩效有关因素指标 ,并用灰色关联理论对系统进行量化分析 ,提出加快企业发展的建议。

This paper analyses the factors attributes that effect management effect on non-state run sci-tech enterprises and then quantitatively analyses the system by using the grey relation theory. In the end, some suggestions to prompt the enterprises development are given.
