关于Siegel-Tatuzawa定理
摘要
设正数ε小于1/(6log10),X为模k的实原特征且k大于e^(1/ε)。则除去至多一个可能的特征外,均有 L(1,X)>min{1/7.703logk,18.236ε/k~ε}。
