摘要 以Fe β沸石作催化剂合成了丁酸苄酯 .考察了以下几种合成条件对丁酸转化率的影响 :①酸与醇的物质量的比的影响 ;②催化剂用量的影响 ;③带水剂的影响 ;④反应时间的影响 ;⑤催化剂活化温度的影响 ;⑥催化剂活化时间的影响 .适宜的条件如下 :正丁酸与苯甲醇的物质量的比为 1∶1 2 ,催化剂用量每mol正丁酸为 1 8g ,带水剂环己烷用量每mol正丁酸为 5ml,反应温度为 145~ 15 5℃ ;反应时间为 5h ,在此条件下正丁酸的转化率接近 6 0 %.催化剂适宜的活化温度为 5 40℃ ,活化时间为 3h . Benzyl butyrate was synthesized using Fe-β zeolite as catalyst by the esterification reaction of benzyl alcohol with n-butyric acid. The effects of n (n-butyric acid)/n (benzyl alcohol), the amount of catalyst used, the amount of cyclohexane used, reaction temperature, reaction time, and the activation temperature and time of the catalyst on the esterification reaction were investigated. The appropriate reaction conditions were found to be as follows: n(n-butyric acid)/n(benzyl alcohol) = 1:1.2, the amount of Fe-β zeolite used = 1.8 g per mol n-butyric acid, the amount of cyclohexane used = 5 mL per mol n-butyric acid and the reaction time = 5 h, The conversion of n-butyric acid obtained under the above conditions was close to 60%. The results indicate that the appropriate activation temperature for the catalyst is 540 °C, and the activation time is 3 h.
